1. Membership

• Membership is open to Muslim women aged 18+ who complete the application form, pay the monthly membership fee, and are approved.

• Membership is £10 per month, billed on a rolling monthly basis.

• Spaces are limited, and acceptance is not guaranteed. Applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with the Club’s mission and values.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are collected monthly via the method you register with.

• If your application is not accepted, you will receive a full refund of your first payment. All decisions are final.

• Membership fees are non-refundable once membership application has been accepted, unless exceptional circumstances apply at the discretion of the MFC.

3. Events & Activities

• All events (online and in-person) are exclusive to members only and may require separate ticket purchases.

• Members are expected to register in advance for events and attend on time.

• For Weekly Zoom Catch Ups, there is no need to register. You can attend as and when you feel. The only requirement is that you are punctual for the catch-up.

• Event details are subject to change, and members will be notified via email and WhatsApp.

4. Conduct & Community Standards

• Members must treat all sisters with respect, kindness, and confidentiality.

• Any form of harassment, disrespect, or breach of trust will result in instant removal from the group without refund.

• Members are encouraged to contribute positively, whether through sharing resources, supporting others, or simply being an active and uplifting presence.

5. Intellectual Property & Privacy

• All content shared inside MFC (including Zoom recordings, resources, or guides) is for members-only and must not be distributed outside the community.

• Personal information shared within the group must remain confidential.

6. Cancellation

• Members may cancel their subscription at any time by notifying us in writing (email): muslimahfoundersclub.info@gmail.com

• Access to the WhatsApp group, events, and member site will end once your subscription is cancelled.

7. Liability

• MFC is not responsible for business outcomes, financial results, or personal decisions made by members.

• All advice shared (by MFC or other members) is guidance only and members should exercise their own judgement.

8. Entire Agreement

• These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Muslimah Founders Club and its members.

• They supersede any prior discussions, representations, or agreements (written or verbal) relating to membership.

• Any amendments or updates will be communicated in writing and will apply to all members from the date of notice.
